Children from P6 joined children from St.Paul's P.S. and St. Theresa's P.S. to watch chef Emmet McCourt cooking Lumper potatoes. The potatoes were grown by the children at the school with the help of Gareth Austin. Emmet spoke to the children about the importance of these potatoes and about the famine. They enjoyed tasting potato cakes and Boxty.
