Oakgrove pupils all joined in with Internet Safety Day today.
They Key Stage 2 participated in the
Be Internet Legends Safer Internet Day Assembly online. There were lots of challenges as part of the assembly.
They was also an
Internet Safety Day Assembly in preparation for the big day. The focus was:
- To understand the importance and purpose of Safer Internet Day.
- To consider and discuss the online safety issues we face and how we can work together to make the Internet a safer place.
- To understand the theme: ‘Too good to be true? Protecting yourself and others from scams online.
Key Stage 2 also had a
visit from the PSNI to talk about internet safety in preparation for the day. It was a great session and we all learned lots of new information.
