Primary 7A Perform at the Waterside Theatre for the Intergenerational Project
31st Mar 2014
Primary 7A attended a Tea Dance in the Waterside Theatre on Wednesday 26th March. The event was to celebrate the success of and to mark the end of the Intergenerational Project.
The art work that the children made with the ladies from Rectory Field was on display and was extremely impressive.
Primary 7A had also been involved in an Intergenerational Drama Project. Gemma Walker used the ladies stories to write a play script and Primary 7A performed their drama in front of a large audience at the Waterside Theatre. Broad bridge Primary School also gave a performance as they too were involved in the Intergenerational Project.
The Tea Dance was great fun and the children enjoyed performing, dancing and eating cake!
Well Done Primary 7A!!
