We were delighted to welcome Paul and Ciarán from the Nerve Centre to school this week. They were delivering workshops to the Primary 3 children and Primary 6 children as part of the Foyle Film Festival.
Primary 3 participated in Whoville Christmas Card Magic
They were able to get Creative with Whoville Magic! Accessing Adobe Creative Cloud Express to design their very own Whoville Christmas cards using the power of digital art. They were able to turn their artistic ideas into magical holiday masterpieces.
Primary 6 classes participated in The Grinch's Christmas Code
They were able to dive into holiday coding fun with a Scratch Jr. workshop! In Whoville, they helped the Grinch swipe presents from under the Christmas tree. They learned to design obstacles, sneak around, and embark on a coding adventure.
