National Poetry Day 2023

Oakgrove have been celebrating National Poetry Day.  In class during the week they wrote poems, read poems and listened to poems.  There was lots of creativity with children reading and performing their work and the work of others.  Some children use UICT to record their poetry on a Green Screen background too.
The highlght of the celebration was an assembly today, where each year showcase their work.  It was a wonderful celebration.
