Pupil Parliament in Key Stage 2

Dianne Hedditch, the Education Officer at the Houses of Parliament, visited Oakgrove IPSN to lead an assembly and workshops for Primary 5, 6 & 7 in ‘Pupil Parliament’. She was here for the full day and each year group got to debate issues and proposed laws that could affect them. They saw how the House of Lords and the House of Commons work and particiated in a 'Pupil Parliament'.  It was a great experience.
